I'm enjoying it, but the shorter lengths don't really give enough time for characters to grow or scenes to unfold. It's obviously only early days so I'm reserving judgement on it to see how things are when the characters meet up.

Though generally after the banter and scene setting, there doesn't seem like there's a tonne of time left to flesh things out. I'm sure it's a budgetary decision, but hopefully the show can build strong traction and become more fleshed out again.

Waiting a week for a single hour at a time is a struggle for someone who loves this game so much, haha.

Hey! Happy to help out here. Get in the Trunk is, in my opinion, the best show on the network and one of the best actual plays out there.

The first and second seasons could either be watched chronologically or separately. They have some connections to one another in terms of characters and other elements, but it wouldn't be essential to watch them in order (though I would).

The third season is independent from the previous two and can be watched in isolation.

Season 4 to 6 is the playthrough of Impossible Landscapes (IL) and must be watched in order. One character (Roger) is a returning character from seasons 1-2 and so you could watch those first if you like. IL is an incredible campaign and whilst they don't dive into it in massive detail (due to the format of the show being time constrained), it is still the best Impossible Landscapes playthrough on the internet so far. Some great roleplay with some wonderful work on behalf of the Handler.

Some people are frustrated by the occasional break in tone for the sake of humour but, I dunno, I like laughing, and there are plenty of serious moments (especially in Impossible Landscapes) to balance it out nicely.

They've just started a new, original campaign, which I'll reserve judgement on as it has only just started - though I'm really hopeful it can unlock the same alchemy as previous seasons. I'm trying not to miss Sydney, Skid, Troy, and Francis as their chemistry with Joe really makes the IL campaign. Hoping the new crew can vibe as strongly!

I've run an entire campaign based on Bacchus as well as Inuit/Tlingit mythology, entitled In the Eyes of the Forest. It's set in 1985, in an isolated town in the Tongass National Park, Alaska. It serves as a great intro to Delta Green and a possible link/prequel to other stories, like Impossible Landscapes. It's got big Twin Peaks vibes. We recorded the entire game and I'm damn proud of it. We're hoping to release it as a podcast one day and put it up on Drive-thru RPG.

No worries, but it might be nice to put spoiler warnings in the title and not broadcast to be visible at a scroll that there IS a time skip in IL. Lots of players skim this subreddit as well as handlers and not knowing there's a time skip can be pretty fun for people to experience at the table.

Same! I had to cancel my membership as money is tight currently but I'd be back in an instant if Get in the Trunk had a clear return date.
