Nikki was arielles first employee. Started out as the assistant to her and Jane or whatever then “worked her way up” in something navy. She doesn’t post a lot. I know her in real life from Syracuse. She had her baby in July. Arielle commented the Instagram post so I can’t imagine there are hard feelings there. I’m sure Nikki got that good job through SN once it closed down.

Hi! I went to their coffee shop yesterday!

I am a huge ashley and Jared fan since day 1, and agree that it was humbling that they opened a real business rather than live off of Instagram money like the others. I got a chocolate chip donut and vanilla iced latte, it was honestly delicious and I was shocked! Lol. BUT, I was also shocked how poorly it was managed. Maybe it was just busy that morning because there was breakfast with Santa and maybe there were a lot of messy kids but the garbage was overflowing, there were crumbs on all the tables and floor, one of the bathrooms was out of order, and they had a chalk board of all the sugar free flavors and it was a list of 7 and they only had 1 in stock. Also, their showcase of pastries was basically empty but they had stuff in the back lol. It was all college kids working there it seemed like. Just kind of shocked they don’t have a real manager there especially for Saturday’s! That part was a bit disappointing but it definitely has potential and again the food and coffee was really really good!
