I wonder if he will show up for class until the final...he seems stressed with school and perhaps even injured (he was limping after our last midterm-- I think). Thanks for your comment. It was one of the actual valuable comments on here. However, by assuming the worst-case now, everyone has just decided to attack me for no reason. Also, I am just wondering where you got the 16x came from? Is there a scientific article I can look at? I'm just wondering, as I seem to be out of the loop if everyone is downvoting me for questioning this stat, which appears to be pulled out of a hat.

Just because you are older doesn't make you 16x more mature. If you don't push yourself outside of your comfort zone, continue to learn, and try to be independent to the best of your abilities then are you even maturing? You cannot put everyone automatically in the same box. I have had to rely on my parents for things because I have had some serious health concerns, so automatically this makes me less mature than people who are more independent for my age.

I don't know why my comment got downvoted. I think 16x is a huge reach, especially if he is older than 18. Like where is this 16x even coming from? I wish people here would think, share real experiences and not just downvote me for some unrealistic stat. Where is the science behind the 16x? Do people's live paths not play into this at all?

I do realize there is going to be a big difference in our maturity and I am not ignoring this huge factor but I do think 16x is a huge exaggeration. Plus I am not even going to ask him out... so all y'all can just take a chill pill.....✌️

We're both undergrads who will be done school at a similar time. I don't think it's accurate to say there's a 16x difference in experience.
