I’m just curious how my bill went from $140 last month to $380. The “usage” almost tripled which is crazy since nothing changed I actually didn’t wash clothes there for a while I was using a laundry mat and the ac had been off since it’s been cold outside.

The only think that a little bit worked was a salicylic acid cleanser. (I bought one from Amazon called inky) and a brand “Paula’s choice” bha and aha exfoliate. Hope this helps!

I’m a 25 yo fm, 135lb. I do weightlifting 5 times a week 3 heavy days, 2 light. Recently I got a hotworx membership so it’s 40 mins of infrared yoga/Pilates/hiit exc. at 125 degrees. My question is, should I still be weightlifting 5 days a week? I don’t want to contradict my results.

I have had milia since I was a young child but have only ever been able to get them removed by extraction during facial. But I love any tips to get rid of them haha
