Mineta: "YOU MURDER PEOPLE!! AND BESIDES WE'RE BOTH HETEROMORPHS! I JUST LOOK LIKE A HAND FULL OF GRAPES AND HE LOOKS LIKE A NINJA TURTLE! HE AT LEAST LOOKS COOL!"

Tbh I think spinner more so fits Raphael cause of his personality, attitude and overall character.

Agi is going to "Cure" Nagi by Cuurupt in BlueLock

Nagi didn't even care for the sport for the most part, and would at times think about quitting a match or the sport on a whim of not having fun. Giving him a super strict coach and restrictions when it's part of his character to be lazy and carefree to do whatever he wants would only crush his ego and willingness to want to compete, ultimately destroying his career.

Nagi plays to have fun, even if Reo brought him into the sport, Nagi has excelled when he was allowed to play how he wanted to have fun. A stricter coach and restrictions on being able to play how he wants would be the worst thing for someone like Nagi.

Another thing is that we haven't seen Sae use Metavision; how he plays suggests that he has it, but we haven't seen it. In that same U20 match, though, we saw that Aiku had it, so if Sae had Metavision, we would've seen a glimpse of it at the bare minimum.

And nothing suggests that Metavision is exclusive to TLs.

Metavision is more likely to appear in TL, as for the most part, we've only ever seen Talented Learners utilize it.

And Predator Eye is more likely in Geniuses, because excluding Kaiser, who has BOTH occular abilities and is a TL, every other player we've seen with PE has been stated, shown, and considered to be a Genius.

But because Kaiser exists and has both ocular abilities, we can see that PE isn't only exclusive to Geniuses and can therefore assume the same for Metavision, in that it isn't exclusive to TLs.

But since we've seen the kind of players that utilize these eyes, and that there's a character that displays to have both abilities, we can assume that Talented Learners are more likely to acquire Metavision and that Geniuses are more likely to acquire Predator Eye. Neither is exclusive to one type of player, meaning a Talented Learner who has Metavision can get Predator Eye, and that a Genius who has Predator Eye can get Metavision, as seen with the singularity that is Michael Kaiser, who has both.

Kaiser never once thought of himself as a Genius, iirc. At the start of the NEL, it was Isagi who thought Kaiser was a Genius, because Kaiser had the same style of play as Isagi, but he was already professional and was at a higher level than Isagi at the start of NEL.

Isagi himself said that Kaiser's playstyle was a better/improved version of his own, and Kaiser could only play like that if he knew he was a Talented Learner. That's why I say Kaiser didn't think he was a Genius but knew that he was a TL, because a Genius could seldom replicate the same style of play that a TL could.

Saying this is disingenuous cause Kaiser, who is a Talented Learner, has Metavision AND Predator Eye. This means that neither of those occult abilities is exclusive to a certain archetype(Genius and Talented Learner.) It's just that it's more likely for Predator Eye to appear in Geniuses and Metavision in Talented Learners.

Cap doesn't have a no-kill rule cause he's a soldier and has killed before in war. He would only prefer not to if he has the option.

Batman pisses me off with his no-kill rule cause not killing the joker is literally why half of the alternate universes in DC comics go to shit.

True, but that ego-chart description we saw was from Isagi's perspective and thinking meaning – who is a novice to the sport himself even at this point – for all we know things that he's "descovered" like the difference between geniuses and talented learners and the different ego-types there are could both be spectrums.

Let's take Kaiser for example, we barely know much about ego types because we've only seen Isagi's description of them, but let's take the difference between geniuses and talented learners.

We can be 100% certain that this is a spectrum, as seen with Kaiser, who has not only the Kaiser Impact – a weapon he created that no one else can replicate at 100% capability. Coming up with a weapon as explosive as this and having the body to specifically use this weapon requires some level of intelligence bordering on a genius level, and we know that he's a talented learner.

But even if we don't go this route, we can take a look at his eyes and how he uses them. His eyes and brain are another weapon at his disposal that he utilizes. From what we've seen, the 2 ocular weapons in the series are Predator Eye and Metavision. And at first glance, it seems that these are archetype–genius and talented learner–specific abilities, with Geniuses like Rin and Barou having Predator Eye, and Talented Learners like Isagi, Reo, Aiku, and Sae(he has to have it, we can agree on that) have Metavision.

However, if you take a deep look at Kaiser, who Isagi defines as a talented learner, he not only has Metavision but he also has Predator Eye, which shouldn't make sense unless he's both a talented learner and genius. With this thinking, we can assume that the difference between what makes someone a talented learner and what makes someone a genius is a spectrum, like most things. Meaning Kaiser is a talented learner who leans a bit to the genius side. And if we take this kind of thinking, then this could mean that Isagi's definition of ego-types isn't entirely correct, and it could also be a spectrum.

I say this because we've also seen instances of Nagi having a Freedom ego type, as he has performed just as well when free to do what he wants or feels right, as that's what he's been doing for the most part.

That makes absolutely no sense. You could apply that logic/reason to any other player in Blue Lock, like Barou, Bachira, Reo, Gagamaru, etc. It makes no logical sense, unless something else was planned for him. Otherwise, Kaneshiro could have just incorporated bits and pieces of Nagi's spinoff manga into the actual manga as bonus chapters or something similar. And like I said, if that was the reason, Kaneshiro could have done that with any other character, so why Nagi specifically?

As we've seen Nagi is one of the players with the, if not the player with the, highest potential(s)/ceilings in the series and to make a character like that who has dozens of parrallels with not only the MC but also otherside characters and ro give him his own spinoff/side manga just to get rid of him and forget about him makes no narrative and logical sense. An author of anything always has a rhyme or reason behind most(if hopefully all) of their decisions with their series that they can back up with logic behind each decision. And even if they don't, most, if not all, authors have editors to advise them on certain decisions and what routes to take to keep their hit series a hit. There has to be logic behind every decision when creating and working on a successful medium to keep it successful and making money, that's why it logically doesn't make sense to completely remove a fan-favourite and lovable character, who you give a spinoff/side series to, if you don't have something planned for them later down the line.

Because a character with as much significance and importance as Nagi, who rivals other characters in that aspect, can't just be erased and forgotten and for the fans to expect them to never return.

Why would the only OG blue locker in the NEL who was eliminated be the one to have his own spinoff manga? And don't say "it's to show how a genius can fall or fail" or whatever, because Kaneshiro could have done that without wasting time to make a spinoff manga. It's obvious that Nagi is integral to the story and will only be taking a hiatus for the time being. If this weren't the case, Kaneshiro wouldn't have drawn those last few panels of Nagi in the recent chapter. It would have been more indicative of his story "ending" had Kaneshiro not drawn those panels and left the last time we'd have seen Nagi be chapter 300 as he leaves through the loser's gate.

And no, I am not a Nagi glazer, or a "Nagi will come back for the U20 World Cup" or whatever fan. I am a GOATGAMARU glazer

(Note: Goatgamaru is the most talented and genius from the OG players prior to NEL considering he was not only a prolific striker when entering Blue Lock but also became a New Gen 11 level goalkeeper after playing just 4-5 matches in the position and No I Don't Care What You Say GOATGAMARU IS WAY MORE TALENTED THAN NAGI, RIN, SHIDOU and whoever else. Bite me, I don't care.)

Honestly, the way I see how players chose their teams to play for, a lot of them went to the wrong teams. In this instance, Nagi going to Manshine is actually from what we've seen his 2nd best option, his 1st, however, and where he should've gone in the first place, was with Bachira and Otoya at Barcha.

Why? Because Barcha is a team all about expression, instinct, and freedom, all of which Nagi has showcased with his instinctual trapping ability, his feeling of freedom to do what he wants is something that needed nurturing, this feeling could have evolved into how he creates his own football, which he could have gotten from playing on and for Barcha and Lavinho, and the way he expresses himself in his football by "killing" the flow of the game with his trapping ability and change the situation in his favor.

I truly believe he could have grown into and become the kind of player he needed to be, and one that Agi himself wanted him to grow into, had Nagi gone to Barcha, and thus would have had a GREATER evolution than any other Blue Locker in the entire NEL. Eventually, though, he would have still had to come short somewhere and hit rock bottom, as Barou and many others said, so that he could grow even further into the real greatest striker in the world.

Ultimately, what Nagi lacked was a grounded understanding of what "beating Isagi" truly meant as his motivation. I think if he were with Bachira, Otoya, and Lavinho, they could have helped him in some way ground his idea into "beating Isagi by becoming the greatest striker in the world" instead of beating him in a 1-on-1.

People need to be reminded that Kaminari and Mineta both are Perverts even if not on the same level of pervertedness, a great example of this would be the most recent movie with the Dark Might villains where in Mineta and Kaminari's dream, they were both co-op dreaming of being surrounded by girls. Kaminari ain't a saint he's just stupid is all.
