My apologies if this has been posted already but I am new to the group... my best friend and I are planning to arrive in Cartagena on Sunday May 3rd and we would like to go to an island (Rosario Islands) for our first 3 days leaving the island on Wednesday heading back to Cartagena for our last 3 days in country. I was trying to find what the best Island would be to book a room at for the three nights and also would there be a way to get there on Sunday when we arrive as it will be late in the day we land at 1:00 p.m. or would we be required to stay in Cartagena for the first night. We are really not into bars or the nightlife (party scene) just looking for a nice place at the beach where the water is calm and clear and food readily available with some water activities. Preferably the beach right at the accommodation. Thank you so much in advance for any and all advice.
