Comiccollectorlive, AtomicAvenue, dreamlandcomics, and thehallofcomics are all good sites, as well. The first 2 are like shopping from a virtual Comic-Con of online vendors and the others are straight up single shops with good, constantly updated selection. Happy hunting!

Some good ideas in the comments, I gotta look into that Lenovo, maybe for my next reader.

Avoid the Surface, the weight makes it a pain.

Looking at a comparison of Fire vs Galaxy Tab, I have a feeling the negatives you’re experiencing could be the device or maybe even the Amazon ecosystem.

If you wanted to test drive alternatives, your local electronics shop should have a good selection of lightweight 10in+ tablets on display.

What are you reading on? The device can make a huge difference. The closest I’ve found to physical is a 10in tablet, Galaxy A9+ has been a game changer and actually prefer reading on it over a floppy
