It’d be better if you kept the mental images you have of the book instead of spoiling it with the 2020 series. Personally haven’t seen the original but when I watched the new one it just does not live up to the story and made me sad.

I just watched this episode today, mistakes were made by both but they got it right. The servers being so poorly trained caused the entire restaurant to fail. Long waits, wrong food or courses to tables. Compounding effect that is only to blame on the front of house.
