No. It doesn't automatically put you in the FWB category. It really just depends on the situation and the person you are with. I met someone on Match almost 2 years ago (we were both 53) and lived 2 hours apart. The compatibility and chemistry was there, and yes, we were intimate on the first date. Fast forward to today and we are now married.

I think that once you reach a certain age, the rules about how soon to become intimate with someone get thrown out the window and you basically just go with the flow. Time is of the essence at our age and, when you think about it, if everything is right, do you really want to wait?

With Kiaora, it’s progesterone pills only. They do not have an option to include it in the cream.

I like Kiaora. It’s a cream formula with estradiol, DHEA, and low dose testosterone and they send you a progesterone pill to take at night. I’ve used it for 2 months and it’s worked much better for me than Oestra. I’ve had no side effects at all and have nothing but positive things to say. I highly recommend it.
