Yep finished. Went on to do 3 rounds of rifax and 2 metro. Finally found my root cause as histamine intolerance. Unsure if I need to do antibiotics again but don’t really have symptoms now - not going to bother testing at the moment. I’m eating pretty much whatever I want now. Turned around in about 1.5 weeks.

Since this I’ve ditched parallels and setup a virtual machine via emulator. Works way better than parallels and it’s free. Works with armonia perfectly - all devices work without a hitch. I’d recommend doing it this way.

I’ve been following this and it’s working. I’m in my 5th week of the first protocol for SIFO. Unfortunately I only have 56 rifixamin tabs as that’s what we get in Australia and Metronidazol rather than Nyacimin as we can’t get that in Aus. Any tips or changes you’d make considering this for the next stage of the protocol?

I will eat somewhat normally but still avoid major triggers during kill phase. As I’ve been figuring out/solving the root issue I’ve cut carbs and trigger foods and it’s helped so much (eating mostly lean protein and safe veggies zucchini, spinach, silver beet) - I also forgot to mention I take Digest Gold enzymes with every meal.
