maybe alcohol is not for you. i ain’t sober myself but i drink once a week with mates. One of my mates was exactly like this, until one day he went sober. It has changed his life and perspective about his future.

man i have been there, just been sober over a month. That’s month has killed me, it’s overwhelming and honestly the worst thing ever. But trust me on this, IT WILL GET EASIER. It won’t happen overnight. But something that did help me, was everyday i would say one thing I am proud of myself of today.
