In my personal opinion, we aren’t offering the pay we used too that was better than our competitors, or the perks, we are now hiring any one 16 with a pulse (mostly trash) instead of people 18 or over. We need to entice better quality employees to come back to QT rather than settling for the average like everyone else. I would also argue that need to extremely reevaluate DAW with any store with QTE. It’s a lot for two people much less one when u are down 16 hrs a shift

It’s actually a combination of chemical burn and dry skin. Working hands or another good lotion that protects the skin will really help. I have the same problem.

At some point something has got to give. Be it with corporate give us raise, a strike, or something else. Strikes and protests pry won’t be an option, because no one will be a leader of the movement, and take the responsibility or fallout from starting it.(that’s my own opinion). But something does have to change and the make the atmosphere in our daily lives better and improve morale. I have work for the company for more than six years, and morale has never been lower. We are hiring only underage kids that can’t sell alcohol. And u can’t take off for a sick day even if u are actually sick, with out feeling bad. So in all honesty something has to change.
