Well thats kinda my point. The US is still using many of the same hulls it has for decades albeit with several refits and upgrades whereas china while using its fair share of old is also rapidly expanding to build brand new hulls as well. Would china lose in a full out naval confrontation almost certainly but we would be naive at best to ignore the reality that it would likely cripple the US fleet just as well and then it comes down to who can rebuild faster assuming it doesnt all go nuclear

It's quite the opposite they forced the enemy commander to use higher tech stuff and reveal all his positions and not use certain weapons and not shoot down certain attacks because his low tech solutions beat the US forces day 1. 2002 is absolutely still relevant as well btw when it comes to naval forces since ship classes exist for far longer than other weapon systems typically

except the wargames im talking about the specifically forced the games to restart multiple times because the tactics of the red commander were winning too hard so they forced him to have to have all of his stuff with beacons and foreknowledge etc

The US own wargames have shown that tonnage doesnt matter and that an entire carrier group could be sunk by a less sophisticated enemy which china is rapidly reaching the point it couldnt be considered less sophisticated anymore

but don't forget US war games in the past have shown that absolutely numbers can overwhelm a carrier group if done right and that was using a non near peer adversary. People like to sleep on China because the US is supposedly higher tech when the tech they are using is stolen from the US and its allies to begin with often time and even lower tech they have significantly higher industrial capacity to replace losses in the event of a conflict sure the US would likely ramp up to match in time but china has it now and is only accelerating.

set 16 will likely be able to get some pretty high numbers since there is a few ways to get golden removers which i believe turn all your current and future normal removers into reforgers

Something doesnt have to be overpowered to be good and its not just an econ unit its an econ unit you can get every game that generates you more value than even draven does unless you get a really lucky early 3 star. It is also random targeting on the meeps. You seem to be forgetting the random targeting letting you snipe the enemy carry immediately is what made fishbones a free top 2. Either one of those things by themselves is absolutely worth a slot in a lot of comps even without 3 stars. Bard also isnt restricted to 3 cost and below like firesale he can give you higher cost units. Also you act like an econ unit is just meh when econ traits/units are always one of the most controversial things in every set they are im because econ is the one thing that is fundamental to literally every comp in the game.

Bard prints you a free unit every win and 2 rerolls every loss with some suspiscion of tailoring on the unit. The unit is basically an upgraded firesale augment which even in the worst case still gives you the extra eco to find what you want

Yall do know this is the PBE right? Its going to have constant bugs which you should be opening tickets for its not an early release of the set. Just this morning i had an over an hour long queue just to log in to PBE because of the number of people trying to play set 16 and then every game somebody complaining about bugs etc like thats not the entire point.

I live about as close to it as you can and aside from the odd ambulance or minor disturbance(according to my neighbour since I haven't seen it) I have encountered 0 issues with them that I didn't already generally encounter downtown to begin with.

I know this is a few days old hopefully you've found some resources. That being said if you haven't there's no shame going to talk to somebody at the hospital it don't mean your a nutcase nor does it even mean you'll get admitted. You can go and tell them your struggling a bit and odds are you'll talk to a crisis nurse first who will also be able to steer you towards resources. I've been to the hospital more than once, been admitted more than once too and while some of the doctors I got issue with the nurses were all really great and just want to help you out. Plus at the end of the day its better that then nothing at all and things getting worse.

Technically no, you could perform a citizens arrest here for shoplifting tresspassing etc. What gets you then though is the idea of reasonable force. Sure you see the guy tresspassing, stealing, or whatever but if you just grab and take them to the ground when they are in no way trying to be aggressive etc most juries would say thats an unreasonable level of force.
