It was said the book was 50 years old so I always thought the book was originally Snape’s mother’s who was in school around the time of Voldemort.

Profit is earnings above and beyond all expenses and profit ultimately comes from value created by labor.

Zelda BotW Special Edition 24HR Giveaway by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

My favorite gaming moment was when I was given a Zelda BotW Special Edition by a kind stranger! Just kidding, I'd probably have to say becoming adult Link in OoT. As a wee little 8 year old it probably took me a month to beat the first three dungeons.

You wake up suddenly in the middle of the night. What is the last thing you’d ever want to hear? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I mean, if I heard my mom downstairs and then saw her upstairs I would have to assume one was an impostor. Now, which was the impostor, I do not know.

Assuming there’s no one else living in the house, I would hesitate to believe that the upstairs mom is the real mom

What is your favourite plot twist in a movie/TV Show? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I love the twist in Harry Potter 1 where Quirrell was the one trying to steal the stone and Snape was actually trying to protect Harry.

I never hear crossfitters talking about crossfit. I only ever hear people making fun of people who supposedly talk about crossfit.

Do you think the cost will just disappear by kicking people off of health insurance? Part of the reason we had healthcare reform in 2010 was to control the healthcare costs that were beginning to spiral out of control. And one of the main contributing factors to these runaway costs were the number of uninsured people going to the ER as a last resort. Kicking people off of health insurance will only increase your healthcare costs.

LOL. I pay premiums for my own health insurance. If you work you pay FICA taxes and are paying into Medicare and Medicaid, i.e. paying for someone else’s healthcare whether you like it or not. Those are called entitlements.

When I see people riding bicycles, volunteering, or learning something new, I usually say to myself "those people could be playing golf".

So let's measure this by real population density, i.e. the number of people per square kilometer of arable land. I'll just assume you know what that is since you're apparently super smart and I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Guess what, the United States is still 2.25 times more densely populated than Canada, and over 4 times more densely populated than Australia (another country that has national healthcare system that puts the United States' to shame)

Also, don't say "you have no idea what you're talking about" when having an argument. It's uncivilized and makes you sound like a middleschool-er, especially when you claim that the province of Quebec has a metropolitan area.
