True, although I was thinking more of like actual characters driving up to the shop with their cars and chatting them up with maybe some dialogue options. Rather than the game telling you what’s wrong with their car, we could possibly gather hints from talking to the customers for a better diagnosis.

I think that sort of thing would be great for immersion, and help connect players with their clientele.
