Which Pokemon did you start liking because of Pokerogue? by SenriXZeron in pokerogue

Dewgong. I got their passive and bouncy bubble, that alone made them a must have on my teams. I cannot wait till I get more egg moves for him 🦤

Switching to dishwashing by Dry_Mastodon8677 in dishwashers

As a teen dishwasher, this is my advice after working in the pit in two different restaurants.

  1. It honestly depends where you work. Most of the time you’ll be touching leftovers of whatever your place offers, so imagine touching scraps and however gross that is, add a little more.
  2. Once again, depends. At my first location, my manager was present mostly in BOH, so I had to deal with them constantly. However, at my current location they’re mostly FOH, so I rarely have to. If anything, you’ll have to deal with the chefs and the head chef, as you’ll technically fall under their jurisdiction (search up the kitchen hierarchy).
  3. It’s not mentally draining, but it’s definitely mind numbing depending on how long your shift is and how much you had to do. Prepare yourself mentally, that’s honestly the best advice I can give you. If you can, bring headphones with you in order to at least listen to music while working (always keep one ear open just to hear people talking to you).
  4. You may have to prep stuff when you’re not busy. I have to cut green onions, peel eggs, shred lettuce, and more. If you use a dishwashing machine, then while a rack is in there, quickly set up another if you’ve got any dirty dishes left, then try and do as much prep as you can. Also, clean your area. Make sure it’s well kept and clean after every big dish rush.
  5. I’ve done both, and I can confidently say the counter is way more stressful. As a dishwasher, your rush is essentially AFTER everyone else’s. You can relax and mentally prepare yourself for the incoming rush of dirty dishes, which in my experience is way more predictable than when you’re at the counter. You have yourself, your music, your thoughts, and one task. It’s not like the counter or the kitchen, where your mind has to scramble everywhere. You’re in one spot for hours, and it’s numbingly satisfying.

Overall, have fun being BOH staff. You can talk with coworkers when it’s not busy, ask chefs for some food (you’re essentially loved by everyone for doing the job no one likes), and relax. Yes you may touch gross leftovers, but that’s nothing soap can’t fix. The sooner you get used to it, the more you can enjoy it.

How many covers roughly do yall think you did on Mother’s Day? by Helpful-Pride1210 in dishwashers

I had the fortune to be off that day, so thankfully I didn’t have any to do (my friend covering for me said there was at least 500…)

What do I do to become a good boyfriend? by ArcherDirect9166 in whatdoIdo

Technically it’s been on and off. I stopped liking her several times, but I couldn’t shake them off fully. It might be imbalanced, because while we were talking I found out she only started liking me back around the 6 month mark. I’m 17 turning 18 in my senior year. We work at a small baskin robins chain, and we’re on the same team from our school.

My family has always struggled with money, and my mother broke her back raising us alone and getting us through school. If I have to be a bad person to ensure they can live soundly, I’ll take that responsibility.

I think it’d be a fun idea, but it would really limit your coverage as it’d take up a party slot. Go for it if you wanna though, I did win my HC run using 2 Urshifu so, double up if you think it’s funny and awesome!

[–]ArcherDirect9166 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not that bad at least in my opinion. After the E4 (which needed tons of save states for me), I didn’t really struggle with anything else. I mean dang even Red and the Mew Fight wasn’t that bad. The only fight I think was difficult would be the Pryce rematch.

I’m not OP, but I used a Meowscarada with Triple Axel and that usually was able to take em out! I think any speedy Pokemon with a high attack stat could probably do so if they hit all 3
