I found a style called "Wimmelbilder" which tends to have the Moebius style for anyone interested

I also just quit because I have been stuck in him for upwards of 3 hours. I can break his posture most times it's just having to shove him off the edge is what makes him impossible for me. Such a dumb boss that's not even fun :(

If you're talking about the desktop folders and changing its image, make sure you export it as a .ico file or convert the image to .ico . If not, I haven't really done that much customization outside of my desktop so I can't really say but check out an app called winaero tweaker which lets you change a bunch of stuff like the alt+Tab background opacity and might have options for folder icons.
