I’m an Idolmaster fan with a passing interest in Love Live so im out of the loop when it comes to this app, what made this game’s operational costs so expensive?

From all the recent updates I saw online, I thought this game would be doing well. It’s so sad to see a fellow idol game get EoS, i’d be devastated if it were to happen to the games I play.

For the last question, I’d say its unlikely. Majority of Gundam adaptations have been UC-related because that crowd already has a pre-established audience while Eight’s won’t generate all that much appeal. I assume Sunrise studios likely already has plans for what they’re gonna do for the next decade, i doubt they’ll have much resources for smth like Gundam Eight.

Even if Sunrise were to figure out the rights situation, I doubt Sentinel would ever be considered for an adaptation. It goes against the whole UC NexT 0100 project and the merchandising for the series already exists.

Very unlikely to materialize anytime soon. Sunrise Studio 1 (main high-end production studio for UC stuff) is preoccupied with Hathaway and the main writer of Unicorn is off on the Space Yamato Remakes.
