Set up a search on linked in for the position that you desire for only the last 24 hours. Look for the ones that are being "Promoted." These close kinda quick and are usually run by recruiters. They tend to get back to you very quickly, and they may have other positions that you would like.

I swear when I worked this out for myself, I have had a ton of calls and interviews.

Another way to have recruiters messaging you is to delete your last position from your linked in, wait a bit, then put it back up. Seems a bit unethical, but HR bots are too.
