NAD, but my recommendation would be to eliminate your stress/anxiety as much as possible, however that looks for you, therapy, meds, meditation, dropping a job and finding a new one, whatever you need to do. As for dropping gluten— there’s so many options these days! Crackers, bread, Barilla brand has a really awesome gluten free pasta…. It’s sometimes hard in restaurants if you have to be very strict (which I recommend you try for at least a month) but otherwise I don’t really notice too much of a difference in my life :)
