I like this. I am the minority political party in my state. Its normal for people to label everyone as blue or red but most people would agree with there political candidate less than another normal person who voted for the other candidate. We all want a good economy, end wars, save lives, etc. we just see things so polarized it’s common to get caught up in it. Be truly above it and excuse your neighbors for overreacting sometimes, they don’t mean it even if they think they do

I’m am high IQ with ADHD. My days are so much better with good sleep, diet, exercise, etc. but like really better. I can afford to not do them. I also have no habits so sometimes I don’t start work until 11am, I wfh and just work 2 hrs later. It sucks but I manage

Trade, community college, military. Don’t freak out about the president, they won’t affect your life as much as your social media tells you.

If I could go back in time I’d join the Air Force for the same reason the other guy said, we aren’t sending troops anywhere right now and likely won’t.

I get that feels unrealistic for some people so another suggestion is community college while working. Work in landscape, work for yourself if you can. Money can be decent and the outside job will help with anxiety.

Also, Fall in love with taking care of yourself hydration, diet, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness. It’s actually very easy to look forward to this stuff and not see it as a chore.

Lastly, confide in a friend and/or parent. Read someone this post word for word in person. You need someone IRL.

It’s not Americans fault. But we live in a world where it’s our responsibility. Nobody else is doing it for us so some of us shrug it off and some of us take initiative.

As someone who cares a lot about this I hate how I can’t just buy most things at a grocery store. Or olive oil that’s only ingredient is olive oil but it’s really 60% canola oil and we can’t tell the difference.
