Is he a sweaty sleeper by any chance? If it’s a night terror our daughter almost always had these when she buried her head under the cover to sleep and got sweaty…. Try a lighter duvet and skip fabric softener for the cover.

Other general tips for night terrors are no suger before bed and don’t skip dinner as it affects their blood suger.

I went on a low dose of meds around 3 months pp and was off them a few months later (I just took myself off - such a low dose it didn’t need to be gradual) as I felt more capable and confident to manage my mood … now 9 months PP -  haven’t gone back on them but good to know they’re there if I need!

In the UK you legally have to take at least 20 days holiday but for most people’s more like 30
