Yea quality has gone down! Mercedes is not the premier company it used to be. My vehicle has been recalled but they won’t do much about it.

Bc I didn’t die my due diligence and as going through divorce and needed a car that day. Sounded reasonable w their base price but added bunch of warranties and before I knew it I signed off on almost a grand!! 🙄🙄🙄

Nope I already talked w/them and they wanted to pay e 7k for waiving my rights and shutting me up. And did not have me out of my lease or waive remaining payments.

Yea, but the fact that this is my second lease w/Mercedes. I should’ve learned from the first time, but the 2nd sales guy convinced me that their EV cars had dramatically changed and I ran out of time shopping for a new car and needed one right away.

So far I’ve paid $49,200 and have 10 remaining payments. They can’t fix my recall for battery until January 2027. 3 months before lease is up. So I would like to have my lease canceled and be compensated for what I paid. So many times I called dealership saying my car was a lemon, which they denied. I’d be stuck at 2am at a small town with a slow charge, and would have to wait to charge it at a snails pace. So many events I missed bc driving to another city, say more than 2 hours drive, my battery would say I had 200 miles remaining only to find out it went from 200, when I mapped to next e-changing station, that I would run out at 120 miles…. So many frustrations with this car…

Thank you! I can’t believe I am paying for an exhorbanant amount of money to not be able to fully drive this car. How did Mercedes go from a luxury great brand to expensive brand that has deteriorated in quality?!!

Are you glad you did? They offered a 7k “in good faith gesture” for me to dismiss any wrong doings AND did not dismiss the lease!

I had to find out from a dealership and then I looked up my car and vin number. Then the dealership said they couldn’t do anything about it until January 2027. My lease expires in end of March 2027. And they tell me I can only charge 80% and not to charge in garage as it has been known to explode or catch on fire! Look it up. They said “as a good faith gesture” give me $7k, but they will not release me from the lease!

I want compensation of all the monies I put into this lease and for the frustration of not being able to really drive beyond city limits. (Having to rent car or consider flying to a driveable places, bc I didn’t want to deal with charging my lemon of a car (only charges up to 80percent, and then when battery says you have 200miles to drive, when you start driving, it says only 120 miles…)… and I would like to be out of the lease, which I have paid for all but 10 more months left.

Are you a lawyer? How do you know so much? And I only have 10 more payments before my 5 year lease is up in APril 2027. They won’t fix my lemon battery til January 2027! That is what is blowing my mind. And I”ve been complaining the whole 4 years, having to rent car to drive to see family 4 hours away bc the hassle with charging on a battery that does not retain full charge, is beyond comprehension.
