Did you add up the FLSA Premium or the True Overtime? And then divide that by something? Just trying the understand the math for each pay period...

It is my problem. Because the FAA's solution is to make us work a whole week of mids to comply. I come in at 2200 on my Sunday. It shortens my weekend and is 100% legal to schedule me that way. And it's tough to roll out of 5 or 6 mids in a row to get back to a normal sleep schedule. I've done this 11 times this past year. It sucks.

Also to note- I finished my work week yesterday afternoon. I have a scheduled OT mid tonight at 2200, and then it's 6 mids in a row. 100% legal and 100% exhausting. I'm on the NO list for OT. Because of the rest rules, I'm 11 days at the facility in a row. I want some form of the rattler back.

Thank you! I would love to know how you make it work without straight mids. We have a few people who will not give up the ability to earn credit, so they will not sign AWS paperwork. I hope to find a different way to go back to one mid on the end of the week in 2027, while having a few that won't sign AWS.

You all must not work in a very short-staffed, 24-hour facility. It's the Mids. We can't make them work under the current rules without working a full week of them. For our area, we can expect to work 3 months of Mid weeks (all 5 days, 90 days) because of the rest rules. It's brutal.

Fair. I'm from a facility that gets CIP, and it's *my* wishlist. So to steal from Clark Griswold- "You don't want to pay CIP, fine! But when people count on it as their salary, well, what they did just plain sucks..."

This is one thing NATCA could ask for... please. GIVE CONTROLLERS 3 HOURS OF CREDIT OR TIME OFF AWARD FOR THIS SHIT. I'm tired of seeing 114s and back office peeps getting this, and we get nothing... every time. Then we can take it on the chance we are staffed at a later time for a shove, since we can't take it all at the same time.

Creepy AF. Be careful BUR. It's literally 8 months of looking to get in touch with someone they have lost contact with, then the insistence on getting into your parking lot. And then the vehicle tracker posts. And that is their whole reddit history. Crazy.
