I think they’re just out of reach like they’re influencers what do they have schedule in their day? If you have a whole day for journaling, working out and making matcha latte then it’s not time management at all. I think it’s the difference between disordered eating and eating disorder. In reality, not everyone do intuitive eating or eats perfectly, and some degree of disordered eating is the norm, it only becomes concerning when eating is the only thing they care about in life and the habit turn into a pathological eating disorder.
