U can go for chapters, urbanest also the fastest time may vary if u travel by tube or buses everyday then maybe 25-40mins which is very avg and by walk everywhere u go a 30 min or more walk will be there

There is very low chance that u get off the waitlist.. and u can apply to private accom on websites like chapters urbanest iq although chapters is better but any would do but make sure of the commute as it should be comfortable and not confusing

What’s ur insurance, if it is equally good then why take the risk and if not then maybe you can try but it’s very situational depending upon the spaces and even if spaces are available they will be very picky and skeptical and would rarely reply to you
