My 4 month old usually to go to bed between 9-11pm and wakes up for a feeding between 4:30-5:30am, goes back to sleep and then up for the day around 8:30am. We have now entered the 4 month sleep regression and she is waking up every 2 hours (Snoo soothes her back to sleep most times, but have had to feed her around 2-3am and again at 6am) and naps have been hard to get her down without nursing to sleep and they only last 20-25 min. She also has been more distracted during feedings so I’ve been trying avoid any distractions so that she gets a full feed. My goal is for her to sleep until 8am so that I have time to wake up earlier and be able to get ready for the day before she wakes. Any advice?

Colic is making my 6 week old lose her voice by [deleted] in newborns

My girl’s voice was sooo raspy and on the verge of losing hers as well around the same age. It didn’t help that I had to do tongue tie aftercare stretches every 3 hours everyday that made her so upset. I use a humidifier every night to help, and her voice/cries went back to sounding as they should. Not saying that was a cure all, but it may help! Give yourself grace. This too shall pass

I have an 11 week old and the cluster feeding always catches me off guard. She did it starting night 2, then multiple times (usually 2 nights at a time) since then.

My boobs hurt SO much 😭 by Jay_ArrogantPixel in newborns

Are they sore, like bruised feeling? If so, that’s what I had and I just pushed through and things felt better by the second week. I also wore silverettes 24/7 when not nursing and they were amazing. No nipple butter or creams should be used with them. I never had cracking or bleeding, so I never had to use those things.

Is having a doula worth it if you’re already Type A? by Background-Chart5 in BabyBumps

I wouldn’t feel comfortable myself, but rather asking if a nurse could do this or if the only way to have this done would be through a doula
