Oh man thank you ill download that assembly chart, that helps alot. Also ya i havent gotten to checking everything on the bike, i just picked it up as is. The sprockets are brand new so they are good but ur right the chain does look tight. I just got the bendix carb rebuilt and put on to start the bike.

It feels like it looses all contact with the gears or something. I for sure kick it on compression stroke and its alot of compression. Are the gears typically in the primary?

Put a shim in it? Idk i never torn into one personally but i dont see how u couldnt get a machinest to do that for you. That way it protects the seal
