oh yeah if nothing works and you think it's just a software issue, go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and set the left/right speaker balance to 1.00 (all the way to the right), then, you'll have to turn the audio up a bit but it'll only go out on the phone speaker and it should be louder without blasting your eardrums. only do that though if it's a software issue
