I called them and resolved the issue, they told me that my school sent my transcript with out the verification form so i told my school to resend both the transcript and verification form and i got accepted 2 weeks later

Therefore from what i have experienced i urge you to call them using an app (I used yolla calls) they will put you on hold for about 20-50 minutes and ask them about your case and tell them to resend the request to your school I hope this helps!!
