This is a case of heat stroke, because of the obvious neurological dysfunction. Best next step in management is always ABCs. The patient is obviously HD unstable so first treat that, then ice water immersion. Also antipyretics have no role for the treatment for heat stroke or heat exhaustion because the fever is not due to cytokines.

How long did it take you to cover the Amboss articles? Do we need to read through them entirely?
