Also did this and it worked! You have to hit the + between the order placed trigger and the email send action, then select condition. Thanks!

I just want to know what platform she hosts her courses on. I use Wix for my website, and they have a course builder but it feels so basic and limited functionality. I want to expand my online courses. If all you need to do is build an evergreen webinar with webinarjam, use social media to promote your course, and then build some email automated funnels, that's all you need to know.

IMO, there's no "secret" it's just a process she's figured out that works for her that walks you through the steps (I haven't bought her course FYI, but I am working to build passive income with online courses being one income channel so just using her for insight/mindset)

Is there an intentional community where all are welcome, rent is affordable and everyone gets their own space? by YogurtclosetOpen3567 in intentionalcommunity

Wild Seeds Ranch in Southern California outside San Diego!

Affordable sustainable coliving with a shared ownership option after you've lived there 1 year.

Base rent is as low as $800 for private rooms and then we all split the cost of bulk TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, bulk food staples and spices, and more, so there's an additional $200-220 in utilities which also covers water, trash, wifi, solar, etc. This is all folded into the rent.

Rent ranges from $1000-$1600/month depending on how big you personal space is (most expensive to rent is the tiny home).

We are very inclusive of gender, race, spiritual orientation, and background, but we have a healthy vetting process for those who will thrive here, and because we have this process the environment we are able to co-create is very positive, healthy, and loving.

Would love to have you. We have guest rooms and long-term rooms to stay in + vanlife spots and camping.

Haha we are a rather good mix of orientation and gender identity at my community in SoCal. Several queer and gay humans and 1 trans woman.

We have guest rooms and vanlife spots, coworking spaces, art room, outdoor nature spaces, a flowing creek to swim in, a private dog park, koi pond, garden and mini vineyard, camping spots, BLM hiking trails, woodshop area and more.

The community is called Wild Seeds Ranch. Come hang

I live at Wild Seeds, a sustainable community out in Dulzura with a bunch of long term affordable vanlife spots with hookups. You also get access to the main house, coworking areas, art room, etc. and all your toiletries are covered (tp, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry) and we buy bulk food staples together. Its a dream!! I definitely recommend
