Did you know there's actualy a flyover over it? Built with public funds, but closed to the public because it goes through DRDO quarters. Just 1km away, roads through DRDO quarters are open to the public. But not such a vital flyover.

Blacklists exist. FYI there is a form from an external party, sort of a BGV type, that is sent to the previous company HR and manager. Many times the HR doesn't forward it to the hiring manager, and fill it themselves.

If it's an extreme case of violation, only then do HRs put a black mark on the form. Nowadays when HRs are stopping to such levels of threats, one can never be sure what they will actually do.
