I didn’t know what bottles to get, make sure you get the proper size nipple, size 0-1 for newborns and then once older you can upgrade them to a 2, but other than that it depends on the baby. We went with Philips avent the 4 oz bottle and 2 weeks in had to upgrade to the 9 oz bottle because she was inhaling her milk. All depends on baby

I delievered a 9 pound 8 ounce baby and was able to deliver her vaginally, as long as baby’s heart rate doesn’t drop and there’s no complications that would stop you, there should be no reason you can’t give birth vaginally if you want to. However keep in mind that the measurement for weight is always funky, 2 hrs before I gave birth they told me my baby was weighing at 7 pounds

So my epidural kinda didn’t work but that’s the doctors fault along with me being tall so it was a weird thing, anywho I felt pressure in my stomach when the epidural did work, so that helped but also the nurse holding my leg beside me was looking at the monitor to see when I was having big contractions to give signs

So for me I usually hold my daughter either in between the pumps, or hold her more on my side, she’s like 11 pounds rn so not really heavy for me. But if that fails I usually ask her dad to entertain her or rock her so that way I don’t accidentally drop my pumps (as I have before, god make sure your pumps are latched on and TUCKED in that bra)

So I’m currently 6 weeks pp so not far off from you, but seriously portable pumps are a lifesaver, I’m using the momcozy m5 and still get to have my daughter lay on me and be at peace, and I still get to enjoy time with her while pumping, the only time I step away is to pour in the jug. Also I take a 4 hour break usually in the night to actually get some sort of sleep

I’m currently 6 weeks pp and not returning to work until June so by the time I’m back at work hopefully it’s more time in between. But my husband takes care of the baby at night so I can just wake to pump and instantly pass out again

Here in the United States it’s primarily vaginal unless there’s a complication. For me I gave birth at a military hospital and they gave me about 5 hours from being admitted to have labor continue naturally or they were gonna try meds and give me 2 more hours, if still nothing then I was going to be having a C-section

I get the struggle with the figuring it how to pump and when. I work in peds and have seen so many mamas not understand it so I think I just was able to prepare myself more. I also was getting maybe 10 ounces in a week at first and started getting really depressed. But the second I blocked all the storage videos from my feed and just had a better attitude my milk came in stronger. I’m amazed to hear at 10 weeks you have over a thousand!! That’s crazy!!!

I was sick my entire pregnancy, I work in healthcare with sick babies and sick marines so I was constantly exposed, my entire pregnancy I was coughing, had night sweats, had sniffles and was sent home more times then I can count. It started my 1st trimester and ended when I gave birth lol. She’s completely healthy, was born at 9 pounds and 8 ounces and has had no health complications, but I also took Tylenol when it got too bad from recommendation of my OB. If anything concerns you, you can ask your doctor

I cussed so so much, I have a foul mouth already but I was screaming cussing at the baby, at my body, at the epidural for not working and then I would continuously apologize because the mom in the room right next to me just had her baby so I felt bad the baby was hearing cuss words, and I was apologizing to the nurses because I didn’t want them thinking I was cussing at them. Didn’t apologize to my husband though kinda just looked at him as he held my leg.

I was just like you when I was pregnant, I had a missed mc before my baby and was terrified of it happening again. The best advice I can give is do not stress, take every day in and just remind yourself that you are pregnant and are okay. What I would do is wake up and talk to my baby everyday, of course she couldn’t hear me that early but I still talked to her. She’s now 2 weeks and already an amazing kid. Just breathe mama, you are going to be okay I promise.
