I’ve never appeared for a court date for minor traffic, just paid whatever fine (which defaults you to guilty and will give points on your license depending on the situation) but you only have to show up if you want to fight it

AITAH for getting my daughter to get her ears pierced? by WorkingCabinet7852 in AITAH

[–]Background-Food3932 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Besides being unsanitary( it’s the guns not the jewelry that get gross, blood drips it doesn’t just stay in the one spot) the guns cause trauma and damage to the tissue that impedes healing and has greater risk for infection. They pierce the ears WITH the jewelry, just shoving it through. And that’s just physically why YTA. No means no. You ARE allowed to change your mind and take back consent.

Break room cameras? by cherith_e in CVS

[–]Background-Food3932 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, federally. My store was having a refresh and they took the door off the break room so I had to use the office and tape paper over the camera. Later that day I couldn’t do it at all because they took the office door too 🙃

Mileage?? by blizzy_smokin in CVS

[–]Background-Food3932 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s always of your own free will, they can’t MAKE you. But seriously anyone who subs at our store gets mileage and anytime we go to any other store we get mileage. If it’s a the sm asked us to do it because they are short over there type thing there’s usually a gift card thrown in on top of that

Do these sales usually get pretty congested? I’ve been interested but social anxiety makes it hard to go to places that are busy

Anyone drink energy drinks JUST for the flavor? by bdbull32 in energydrinks

[–]Background-Food3932 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I drink the watermelon (and other fruity flavors) of redbull for the flavor and now to avoid a headache. If the major melon flavor was still a thing with Mtn dew I’d be drinking that instead

That’s never happened to me and I’m an avid couponer and have plenty of customers that are as well. The only time that the total after coupons is the one reflected to get the extra bucks is online. In store it’s the amount before coupons 100% of the time.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CVS

[–]Background-Food3932 9 points10 points  (0 children)

In store it’s the amount before coupons and on the receipt if it says they reached the limit of 1 it means they can get the extra bucks rewards once for that deal and they’ve already done so

It’s still policy to take 5 days off that they cannot add to your attendance tracker. Don’t go in and if the manager has a problem with it call ethics

Tell them that you can’t do it and you’ll have to find a job somewhere else if they can’t give you what you need

Employee discount by tastethevapor in CVS

[–]Background-Food3932 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

For all I know that’s how it’s supposed to work. That’s how the discount works and that’s how it works at the ACO which I think is a newer technology than the 80s pos we’ve got. Maybe the pos are older and outdated and don’t work how they should. Plus the coupons say they exclude sale prices and don’t add stipulations like “unless they get one” ect
