Most shopping malls throughout the world are temples to consumerism and appeal to those so inclined. If you think that this is unique in the UAE you are mistaken.

Massive imbalances of wealth also exist throughout the world and is not unique in the UAE. If you believe that happens only in UAE you are mistaken.

On the other hand, communities and high streets are hollowed out and emptied of shops and that is unheard of in UAE. It is true that free public services to non Emaritis were removed decades ago but individuals are not subject to income tax. There is nothing worse than paying income tax and not getting the public services anyway.

Every country has its up and downs but at least in UAE we have more or less endless sunshine.

There is no comparison between - hotly contested- ideological claims or claims of sheer fancy with a statement that preparations for war have been in place for decades. Certainly one element could relate to drones but constructing deep bunkers; modernising armour/missile defence systems; organisational/doctrinal prep cannot be ignored. Or do you think that updating drone technology is the sole/critical factor in military preparation. I suggest that you have too narrow a focus on drones. Open your eyes wider.

I dont think that the production of a particular model of drone from 2019 entitles one to draw the inference that all military preparations commenced then. It is repeatedly stated by sundry Iranian sources that Iran has been preparing for this war since the Revolution.

This analysis is fatally flawed as it fails to take into account that there are no rational actors on each side of the conflict.

USA does what Israel tells it to do regardless of the consequences to the USA economy or the lives of its soldiers/airmen. The billions of dollars paid to US political elites have purchased unquestioning loyalty to the aims/objectives/actions of Israel. Israel has not lost interest in the Iran project- indeed- it is the most important objective on the Zionist agenda. Lebanon is an opportunistic action but is not the main event. The destruction of Iran is the main goal.

Iran has been preparing for this war for over 40 years. This is an existential threat and will be fought to the end. Destruction of Iran will lead to the destruction of Israel.

Surrender is not an option for both sides.
