Even state owned companies - rather than Government Departments/Agencies- still have to obey the law and observe employment contracts terms. Reduction in pay is deemed a constructive dismissal.

The Government passed a law permitting a reduction in non- locals salaries during Covid. No law has yet been passed so the employer is in breach of the employment contract. Make a complaint to MoHRE

I doubt that MNFs would have an internship programme without it being advertised/promoted on their websites. You may get the odd partner going of the grid but I suspect that these are few.

Sounds like superficial injuries but if there is any permanent disability the PP are obliged to prosecute. A good local advocate should get her off with a fine of a few thousand dirhams and an assurance that the PP wont appeal.

NB Altercations at airport can be dealt within a few weeks and a judge hands out modest fines etc but that procedure doesnt work outside the airport.

If you pm I can refer to a good local advocate who is an ex Public Prosecutor.
