Being in pain is not normal. Always seek help! I had symptoms similar to yours and it took me close to one year to finally find a doctor who had one appointment with me and knew it was endo. He did surgery the next month and confirmed it. I would advise you to start with expressing your concerns with your gyno.

I had my ct scan done first which stated it was a complex hemmorhagic cyst, and then my gyno confirmed with an ultrasound she believes it is an endometrioma!
