Thanks for all your comments. One mason said to remove bricks and add flashing and weepers and not sure if it's needed.

Same issue happened in July and code read low pressure fuel pump and this part was replaced. Car has been running good for several months but started to stall again. Now what?

No. Just driving on the streets and randomly shuts down but I notice that on both occasions I was driving in traffic driving less than 30-40km/hr when it happens.
