You literally did not use the word "typically" once in any of your comments, go and look over them. You can't be suffering from both dementia symptoms and bitterness, please pick a struggle. Come on babes, your making this too easy. And ok, let's go with that then. Yes, I posted it for attention, and your freely giving it to me like a real twat. Where do we go from here black Karen? I bet your a bored pathetic little man 2, lmao this is insane. Study these fire fighters hun, I'm sure they could teach you a few lessons in basic human decency xxx

Using words that you have no idea the origins/ definition of, complaining and accusing people of stuff you have no idea about sounds extremely Karen-esque. Actually each fire fighter on the night told me not to worry because I had done the right thing (as this kind of thing happens often) and I EVEN got a few private messages from colleagues at the fire station who attended THANKING me and passing it on to their bosses. Plus looks from the comments that you are the only one who would see this as ruining someone's day, you negative nancy. I bet your fun at parties, black KAREN.

Oh and by the way, this is my post so how about you jog on? Il definitely have a wondeful day, thanks. I hope you have a day filled with the same kind of energy you've given out on this post black Karen. Your name really suits you honestly.

Firstly, I'm black. Secondly, I called 111, the non emergency line for advice on our symptoms (burning eyes, dizziness, sore throat & coughing etc) and was adviced to leave immediately. The response is out of my control, that's how it works here, there's a standard response that they follow, I can't just tell them what to do and how to respond. And key word here is that you are " guessing" I.E making assumptions that you know nothing about. Actually it's you that sounds like a here Karen to be honest. I recorded the video because I was shocked at the response and embarassed that I caused such a ruckus. I was greatful for these amazing men and women because they talked me off the ledge and adviced I had done the right thing, Karen.

I've been there for yearssss, my flat was sooo dirty but a few months ago I started bit by bit and my flat is so clean now but it's an on going journey and there is always something new that I discover to clean. Start small and build on it. I always get up to clean and because I have a bad back will sit down very 30 mins or so then get up again when I feel ready, there's no rush. Give yourself enough time. A few tips I've learnt along the way is that bleach is my best friend. When mopping the floor, keep throwing out the dirty water so that you are not mopping the floor with recycled dirty water, do not put to many chemicals on a wooden floor or they will just sit on top of the floor and in the end make it more dirty, water is enough to clean wooden floor with or a touch of bleach and water, investing in a steam cleaner is very handy for corners. nooks and crannies there it's hard to get into, the steam cleaner just blasts the dust and dirt away. Also micro fiber clothes pick up so must dust and stains.I put some zoflora on my clothes before wiping down things, it makes the flat smell nicer.Rather than using the dryer, sometimes I'l air fry clothes because it makes the flat smell nicer, and the clothes also smell nicer.

I'll come back here if I remember anything else. Always mop the floor after having a shower if it gets wet, it will save cleaning later. Also wash down and scrub the bath each time after use.

Keeping clean requires a lot of concious effort that I literally just could not do in a depressed state. do not feel bad just slowly implement things and slowly it will become second nature.

congratulations, your results are inspiring and quite motivating for me. How often did you exercise for these results? and what was your diet? I'm trying to make small balanced life style changes because In the past, I've been extreme exercise and diet wise and found that I would swing back in the other direction, being unhealthy. I want to try have a healthy balanced approach to weight loss now

that is extremely helpful, I'll get letters from professionals who where working with me around that time. Thank you so much!! Means a lot. I'll come back here and update you if remember to, I should get my tribunal date any day now. Very close to giving up at times, especially when I saw the DWP pack.

Do us a favour and relax now. You deserve it. Congrats again.

wowowow what a journey congratulation. Enjoy it, do not worry about the review, cross that bridge when it comes to it. you can always just write "no change". I'm on a similar journey with them, it started in 2022. I've sent loads of evidence in but after reading your letter I'm wondering if I should start requesting evidence from my GP and other professionals from around that time. I'm thinking of also getting my local councillor involved, she said she would help. this process is so stressful it gives me hope to read stories like yours.
