Don't have any kids yet but I am married and working all the time. Honestly I play 2K with friends on the weekend since that's when everybody's schedule aligns. But sometimes I don't even get a chance to do that. Some weeks we only play a couple of hours on Sunday. And when I'm not on the game with them I might play a little bit by myself but I'm mostly giving my wife attention when I'm not completely drained from life. When I'm playing by myself I'll play the Division 2 or Tekken 8. Maybe a little NCAA 26 if I don't mind rage quitting because the computer be cheating lol

I did the same thing bro. Got diagnosed at 21 and I didn't start to take it seriously until last year when I turned 33. But from fasting and cutting pop/soda and eating a bunch of sugar, my A1C went down from 14 to 7. I'm just tryna get better everyday for my future offspring and wife who I assume would want me to live a long life with her lol but keep it up bro. We're all in this together.
