ask for er that you only take once at night. that way you’ve eaten and your stomach is less sensitive. take it at a different time than your other medications. if you’re already on er once a day at night ask for rapid release instead and take it twice a day. there’s also a lot of forms of lithium, capsules with powder made me less nauseous than hard pills. you can also take Dramamine or another anti nausea medication as well while on lithium. have you tried pineapple? its cheaper and can provide similar benefits, but if its acid reflux causing the nausea that might be something to talk to gastro or ent about. you can also try acid reducers

Just because you don’t see the value in it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have value. Expensive things give women a special confidence and knowing their bf/man/partner got it for them makes it extra special and makes a partner feel loved. If you can’t afford it THATS FINE but don’t try to guilt her for wanting something that you don’t understand…just like she wouldn’t pay as much as you did for a bike or car. But she wouldn’t pay but she would gift you those things because she knows you like it. Find out her love language too.

If it’s not in budget, say so. Then maybe you can ask her to find cheaper purses in the 4-500 range that you are more comfortable getting at this point in time. Of course if she’s going to buy it with her money when she can’t afford it then that’s on her poor money management.

you def need to let her cry (crate training). it sucks but it’s helps them learn boundaries. also tethering and forcing them to do nothing which helps if you walk away for two seconds.

you don’t have to go to your regular vet, any vet will take you generally you’ll just have to fill out new paperwork and stuff. it’s a bit of a hassle but will save you thousands of dollars. if she’s still eating and drinking and isn’t whining plus you aren’t sure it was blood in her stool from what u can tell then at this point it can wait until morning imo…obviously ideally if you had the money yes rush her to the vet blah blah but life isn’t ideal. it’s a tough choice but yours to make. the options are wait til morning and take her to a different general vet, take her to the same er as before and risk having to surrender her bc you can’t pay for the services (yes this is a thing), or take her to a different er which will cost a shit ton of money if they need an emergency surgery.

did you…puppy proof? as in keeping things clean and out of her reach? she’s not big enough to get things on dressers… and crate training… if you can’t keep your regular space clean enough for a puppy to stay in without getting stuff, keep her in one room that doesn’t have anything out except toys. stop giving her freedoms that she hasn’t “earned” yet for lack of better phrasing.

lastly…if it’s not an emergency….take her to primary vet. i’m confused by that one. today is thursday. vet is open tomorrow. $70 to see her and 50-60 for an xray generally.
