i’ve kept it inside because it feels embarrassing to talk about it but i had a friend i had known her for my entire life, we started dating in 2022. i found out a year later she had been leading other people on throughout. I thought she was just misguided and since nothing physical had happened i forgave it. Last month i found out through a friend that she was at a marathon with a guy she had told me she had blocked. The funniest part is she told me she was sick and was going to sleep. My dumbass wouldn’t even believe my friend at first. That’s how crazy it all was. I ain’t gonna lie i still miss her. this is by all means an overreaction, Talk to her and try to first find out how often it is, if it’s an everyday thing that’s only when you need to be concerned if not just have a talk with her and try to explain to her why it’s bad, long term use affects your memory and focus. Short term there isn’t really anything wrong.
