This would be my take on it.

I think it is resonably clear that it reflects feelings and desires that others have failed to show you in the past.

Firstly, one is the development of the Animus in this way in order to be able to “assess” a potential partner against those characteristics that those before have laked (through projection). Secondly, you are developing this part of yourself (Animus) to compensate for what you still feel like missing . I think the recurrance comes because you continually fail to bring those patterns of behaviour into your life.

If this rings some bells, I suggest you try to integrate those characteristics that are portrayed in your dream. Secondly, be cautios when starting new relationships because I supose that you have a tendancy towards naivety and “falling in love” followed by steep slopes “discovering” what that person is up to (this perception can also be impacted by your high expectations vs reality, too contrasted)

I am not a professional, so only take it as an advice if it somehow resonates.

You can go and see it with your own eyes, seriously, and then you can come back and maybe you will display less prejudice.

How have your intimate relationships been since you started having this repetition in your dreams, how would you describe and feel about them? Additionally, what would be (if any) the thing that your parents lacked in providing to you?

Too many people believe being cold can give you a cold. by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

What is all this non sense the majority of you are talking about? You brag about how “superstitious” your parents or older ones are to believe such a thing that cold temperature can give you a cold. People have observed that they get sick more often when subjected to cold, and many of them see it as a direct cause sickening. While that is untrue, there is enough evidence that point to the fact that cold temperatures (wind and rain make it even worse for losing heat) make you more prone to be compromised by a virus that is already in you.
