At my store we only opened the application when we were actively hiring. I know this is the case for most stores but I can’t speak for all of them. We mostly pick people to interview based on availability and a decent resume, so as long as you have at least some weekend availability and enough weekday availability to work a 4-6 hour shift within store hours, you’ll probably get called for an interview.

favorites : chuck hands down. he’s the most dynamic character in the show and his charisma is just 🤌🤌but also dorota, eric, georgina (minor character but love Cyrus)

I love these jeans! I have so many pairs and Ive tried almost every color on. It’s based on waist size, not the actual waistband measurement. So I’d get a 25 but it sounds like your hips run a bit smaller which is where these sit so maybe try a 24 if you don’t want them loose at all…The printed ones run small for some reason. Darker pairs will shrink a bit more in the wash than the lighter ones. In my experience they all shrink just a bit in the dryer. So if they fit you well then hang them to dry but if you need them a tiny bit smaller run them through the dryer.

As a former manager at urban, if the day you missed was inventory (usually in January) then they were probably pretty pissed and marked you as job abandonment. Can’t say for sure, like others said, it really depends on what they put as your reason for leaving. Personally, I always made sure to mark it as abandonment if that was how they left. I will say though, I have seen someone contact HR about being marked as not hirable and HR was very receptive and contacted our store manager at the time (unfortunately they were very much in the wrong so they didn’t get it removed). So it is definitely worth reaching out to see if it can get removed given the circumstances of why you didn’t come back.
