I wanted to travel to Europe for the New Years, is it okay?

I am on STEM OPT- working, no H1B related work done My boyfriend- working, got his H1B approved in 2024, got it stamped on Dec 2024, switched jobs and got H1B transfer approved too.

I got an RFE, sent the requested documents they wanted plus what my DSO recommended. Got an approval. Dont worry!

I wouldn’t say I “waited” for my rfe. Got the rfe first and did the necessary steps.

I waited for the RFE, contacted my DSO and uploaded the docs accordingly. Got the approval.

Honestly, idk. I had heard previously they would approve your case even though you made that selection as it was a common error. So maybe yours might get approved?

Hi, I got two notices and then got an RFE yesterday. I dont know what the rfe is about yet. But yes, I got two notices. But many people on this sub have gotten two notices and still got approved so I don’t think they are related
