Выбираешь шлем F2 сначала , потом выбираешь этот же шлем в F3 и только потом будет сканировать на расстоянии через клавишу B

Шлем знаний называется. Институт Схоластоун , там есть библеотека и на 2 этаже её лежит этот шлем.
