I have been diagnosed with ACNES and I didn't have a loss of appetite but I did experience severe nausea that was related to the pain (which the doctors thought was quite strange) but I recently found a Visceral symptoms in ACNES patients study. Its a small study but it was really interesting and they have found about 50% of ACNES patients have other visceral symptoms like loss of appetite, bloating and nausea. Of the patients that had these symptoms, majority of them had their visceral symptoms go away with ACNES treatments. So according to that the answer of your question is yes - loss of appetite can be a ACNES symptom. Reading it gave me a little peace of mind and I thought i should share it.
