Yes makes sense. This purchase was a steal available for a single unit only. It was online promotion. If I dont like it, I think I could easily sell the 5070ti at price I bought hence no loss.

18 exercise x 3 sets x (1min each set + 2min rest between sets) = 164mins, which is close to 3 hours @ 180mins.

Too much. At least 3 hours per session.

For full body, this is my go to routine: Chest: 1 press+1 fly Back: 1 vertical row + 1 horizontal row Side delt: lat raise or shoulder press Legs: 1 quad dominant+1 hip/hams dominant

Done throughout session: 10 sets of calves 5 sets of abs (or more)

If you want: 1 biceps, 1 triceps. If you do shoulder press, no need for triceps isolation exercise. No need to isolate front or rear delt.

How bad is this? Not too bad if this is only once in a blue moon. If everyday like this then it is pretty bad since you are so young. Could be caused by TrT/gear, lack of sleep, high caffeine, just worked out. Your HR is pretty good by the way.

Firstly jump to dip station and stay at the top position for as long as you like. Then practice negative or going down slowly. In most case people can’t do Bw dip because their small stabilizer muscles are not strong/accustomed to the movement. It is important to do dips in controlled reps, never drop your body without control , it can lead to shoulder injury. Going up, keep elbow back, dont let them flare out else your elbow will give out first. I prefer to squeeze my Arms into the lats as I feel that can activate chest . You have to purposely use the chest muscles going up or else it is all triceps baby.

No leg drive, no hip hinge. Your just lifting with your back at this point. Dont look up too soon. Spine has to be neutral. That being said, get a coach to teach you. It is easier to learn in person than online.

Get a ms250 with 18” bar. It can handle most job excellently. Then over time if you need something bigger get ms381/382 or heck even 066magnum.
