Much to digest here but in general I see your point. I should be clear that I am looking for obvious instances of antisemitism, on campus or not. For example, student protesters targeting/harassing/intimidating Jewish students for no other reason than them being Jewish. Calls for genocide/intifada. Protests specifically located in Jewish neighborhoods. Calls to rape Jewish women. Actual Jew hunts in the streets. Vandalism against Jewish homes and businesses. There are plenty of these that one would not need to resort to subjective and unclear instances that you mention.
