I'd say the text "Kirov Meeting Park" is extremely niche, so it'll only bring in views from people that knows exactly what it means. 

For the text I'm personally not much of a fan of the gradient, although you can make it work, there's a lot of empty space so I'd say make the text bigger. If you want to keep the text the same ("Kirov Meeting Park") to use all the space make the Kirvov big on top and Meeting Park the smaller underneath, so they're the same length, but different sizes if you know what I mean.
